1. Eligibility:
The offer is open to all existing patients of Mile End Dental Clinic.
2. How It Works:
Refer a friend to our clinic.
Your friend must book and attend their first appointment.
3. Reward:
You will receive one free routine dental check-up for referring a friend.
Each patient can redeem only one free check-up, regardless of how many friends are referred.
4. Restrictions:
The free check-up is for routine examinations only.
It cannot be redeemed for other treatments, products, or transferred to another person.
Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
5. Redemption:
Free check-ups must be booked within 6 months of the referred friend’s first appointment.
Appointment subject to availability.
