To secure your slot, a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Why the deposit?

We ask for a £50 deposit to:

  • Confirm your serious intent and reduce last-minute cancellations

  • Offset administrative costs

  • Ensure fairness for all patients

 

Your deposit will be applied to your final bill at the appointment.

Private Emergency Appointment

For urgent dental issues (pain, trauma, sudden swelling) requiring immediate attention.

Private Examination

For a general dental check-up and exam by our dentist (not hygiene).

Hygiene Appointment

For a cleaning / hygiene check with our hygienist.

Notes / reminders

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance — deposit may be non-refundable otherwise.

  • Your deposit is deducted from your final invoice on the day of treatment.

  • If additional procedures are required (fillings, etc.), you will receive a full treatment plan and cost estimate.
